Another political session has come!. Another time has come for us to make our decision!. The time for us to choose hope over personality, a time for us to elect credible leaders who will pilot the affairs of our great faculty.

                The Nigerian Universities Engineering Students Association (NUESA), come Thursday 2^nd June, 2011 will conduct her elections into various offices for the 2010/2011 session. I want to use this medium to advise us that we make decisions that will affect us directly or indirectly. And as such, when trying to make choices of leaders,we should look beyond physical appearance, social status, financial status and others. We should look above and beyond the present and look forward into a bright future.

                We should elect a leader who has the following qualities:

·         Desire

·         Decision (Radical decision)

·         Drive

·         Motivation

·         Leadership skills and above all God-fearing.

We should not be partial in judgement and neither show any form of favoritism. We need to remain focused looking forward to a brighter NUESA, and hence we need to elect a man who has the interest of NUESA and its members at least. The same goes for the Student Union Government Elections coming on Friday, 3^rd, June, 2011.
